M SOCCER: Four Tigers named All-ASC

MARSHALL, Texas (11/11/09) – Four ETBU men’s soccer players have been named All-American Southwest Conference in voting by the league’s head coaches released Wednesday by the conference office.

All four of the Tigers elected to the team are seniors. Defender Ryan Collins (Tyler, TX) and forward Carlos German (Houston, TX) were named to the second-team, while midfielder Carlos Ortega (North Richland Hills, TX) was named third-team. Midfielder Chris Dier (Chalmette, LA) was honorable mention.

The Tigers finished 6-7-2 this past season.
