ETBU has compiled an impressive 83-43 mark the last four seasons under head coach Lyndsay Mashe, who took over the program in February of 2006. That was less than two years after she'd finished her playing career with the Lady Tigers, when she was a two-time All-ASC selection following the 2003 and 2004 seasons. Under her guidance, the Lady Tigers have won or shared two of the last four ASC East Division championships and have advanced to the conference tournament every year.

Kris Mashe has served as an assistant coach at ETBU the last four seasons, working on staff with his wife Lyndsay. A native of Longview, Texas, Kris attended Kilgore College and the University of North Texas. He works primarily with Lady Tiger hitters and blockers while also assisting in recruiting.
