Reading Program
Each Lady Tiger goes to a local elementary school to read once a month to a class. Local schools participating in this program are Carver Elementary, David Crockett Elementary, Robert E. Lee Elementary, J.H. Moore Elementary, South Marshall Elementary and William B. Travis Elementary.

Pen Pals
Each Lady Tiger is paired with a student from participating schools. The Lady Tiger then writes their pen pal every month for the 2007-08 school year. These students are "at risk" children who need some extra encouragement in their schoolwork and peer relations. Schools participating in this program include Carver Elementary, David Crockett Elementary, Robert E. Lee Elementary, J. H. Moore Elementary, South Marshalla Elementary, William B. Travis Elementary and Trinity Episcopal School.

Lady Tiger helps Trinity Episcopal P.E. Department
Lady Tiger basketball junior Michelle Young has agreed to teach the P.E. class at Trinity Episcopal school for twice a week in September and October. She is giving her time and effort to help fill the position while the P.E. teacher is receiving cancer treatment at M. D. Anderson Hospital in Houston, Texas.
