Jay Bowen was named the eighth head coach in the history of ETBU's women's basketball program on May 30, 2007. Bowen, a native of Memphis, Tenn., has nearly a quarter-century coaching experience at the collegiate and high school levels, and he worked the last two years as assistant women's basketball coach at the University of Memphis. Quinn Tedder is in her first season as assistant coach at ETBU. Tedder, a native of Lindale, Texas, is a former member of two conference championship teams at Texas Christian University and joins the ETBU staff after working as head girls basketball coach at Arlington Heights High School in Fort Worth. Ebonie Ferguson is in her first season as assistant coach at ETBU after serving as an assistant coach at East Central Community College in Decatur, Miss., for one season.
