Full name is Carlos Luis Marbot... born June 20, 1984... son of Carla Carr and Robert Marbot... has two brothers: Mark Marbot and Nick Marbot, and one sister, Carrissa Reeves... Biology major with a minor in Chemistry... enjoys playing golf, tennis, and being outdoors... has been a church youth music leader... member of Globe-Med (NPO), Sigma Pi Sima vice president, and is also active in theatre department... wants to pursue a master’s in Physician’s Assistant Studies and then practice medicine in the U.S. Air Force.

AT ETBU: 2006-07: Played in 23 games, with 10 starts... averaged 2.6 points... scored a season-high 8 points with two 3-pointers in a 78-50 loss at Jarvis Christian College (11/26)... scored 7 points in a 71-66 loss at Louisiana College (1/25)... scored 6 points in a 72-62 loss to LeTourneau (12/7)... scored 6 points in a 66-62 loss at UT Tyler (1/20)... scored 6 points in an 85-83 overtime win against UT Tyler in home finale (2/10)... was named to the ASC All-Academic team following the season. 2005-06: Played in a career-high 12 games despite battling some injuries throughout the year ... when healthy, he showed good potential to help offensively and defensively ... finished third on team in 3-point percentage among players with at least 30 attempts (.367) ... scored a career-high 12 points on 4-of-7 3-pointers in an 87-70 loss at Ozarks (1/19) ... scored eight points with four rebounds in a 98-67 win at Mary Hardin-Baylor (1/5) ... also named to the ASC All-Academic team. 2004-05: Played in five games as a freshman... played a season-high minutes played in a 93-67 loss at Sul Ross State (12/11).

BEFORE ETBU: Birmingham (Ala.) Corner High School: Coached by Billy Connor ... was named All-Area during the 2002 and 2003 seasons ... Birmingham All-Metro honorable mention in 2003 ... made the Jefferson County All-Tournament team in 2003 ... participated in the USA vs. Australia High School Classic in Sydney, Australia, in 2003 ... named to Who’s Who Among American High School Students... Jefferson County Tournament MVP... played on three-time area championship team... also played football and baseball... member of Drama Club.
