Freshman Academic Scholarship Calculator Spring 2010

This calculator is used to determine the level of Academic Scholarship for freshmen entering Spring 2010.

 

There are 4 different levels of annual Academic Scholarship: Presidential - $7,000; Honor - $6,000; Dean - $5,000; and Achievement Grant - $2,400. All Freshmen Academic Scholarships are based on ACT or SAT score (excluding Writing) and recalculated high school GPA. All high school GPA's will be recalculated where A = 90-100, B = 80-89, C = 70-79, F = 69 and below.

Students may also qualify for Federal and State Aid as a result of filing the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid). For more information regarding the FAFSA, visit www.fafsa.gov.

Please note:

  • All ETBU Awards are renewable for four years as long as minimum renewal requirements are met.
  • All scholarship funds are limited and available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
  • Students must be accepted to the University before ETBU scholarships can be awarded.
  • ETBU scholarships are limited to the cost of tuition only.
  • All ETBU scholarships require students to maintain full-time status and live in on-campus housing (unless permanent residence is within commuting distance).
  • All financial aid awards are subject to readjustment after a SAR is received and student's financial need is determined.
