Steps to Complete Registration

This page is for students who have already registered (spoken with an ETBU advisor and chosen their classes) for the Fall 2008 semester.
You must complete EACH numbered step below to ensure your successful registration.

KEEP THIS PAGE OPEN UNTIL ALL STEPS ARE COMPLETE.

1. Financial Aid - it is very important that you complete this step if you have applied for financial aid (scholarships, grants, and/or loans). 

• Online Award Letter - Click here to view your online award letter. You must Accept/Decline your financial aid award before you can complete this process.
• If you have a loan and wish to accept it, you must:
  • Complete your Online Loan Entrance Counseling and Online Master Promissory Note. (This step will take approximately 15 - 30 minutes.) Click here to complete your Online Loan Entrance Counseling and Master Promissory Note. Be sure to maximize this screen so all information can be viewed.

IMPORTANT: You must wait 24 hours AFTER you register (choose your classes), to complete the remaining steps.

2. CampusConnect - http://register.etbu.edu/
24-hour, online access to your ETBU accounts and information. Read the information on the front page, then click the 'Login' button in the top right-hand corner to proceed.

• View the 'Student Information, then select Review/Pay Account' tab - this information is NECESSARY to complete the required Student Account Information Form (step #3). You can print and view your bill and determine how much you must pay. Keep in mind that you must accept your financial aid award and complete all loan counseling for those awards to be posted to your account.
• You may also review, verify and print your class schedule here
• You can verify demographic data (address, phone #, intended major, etc)

  • If you cannot login to CampusConnect, make sure it has been 24 hours since you've registered. If you are still unable to login, contact your Admissions Counselor.

3. Online Student Account Information Form - You will need to use the information from step 2 'Review/Pay Account' tab to complete this step.
You must complete the online student account information form and, if necessary, make your first payment by August 16, 2007. You may pay online at ETBU Billpay or you may mail your first payment to:

It is very important that you complete this step (complete Student Account Information Form and first payment received in the Business Office) prior to August 14, 2008...your class schedule will be dropped from the system if this step is not complete. If you do not have to make a payment (have a credit balance), you must still complete the Student Account Information Form by August 14 to retain your schedule.

ETBU 101 - Mandatory Attendance for all first-time, full-time freshmen. August 20 - August 24 - Join all other incoming first-time, full-time freshmen for a mandatory orientation session.
