East Texas Baptist University uses e-mail as its official form of communication for students. Each student is issued an e-mail address to which all communication from the faculty and administration is sent.
As and applicant to the University, you have been issued an ETBU e-mail account. If you already have another account, you may forward your ETBU account. However, it is VERY IMPORTANT that you check your ETBU e-mail on a regular basis. Important information about Financial Aid, Registration, and Admissions will only be sent to your ETBU account.
Here is the information about your ETBU email account:
User Name: FirstName_LastName
Email Address: FirstName_LastName@etbu.edu
You will first need to activate your email account. Please visit the TigerMail page and click on the "Activate Account" button and follow the instructions.
At this time your password is the first two letters of your last name (lower case) followed by the last four digits of your social security number. You will be prompted to change your password during the activation process. If you cannot access e-mail at home, work, school, public library, etc., Please notify the Admissions Office immediately at 1-800-804-ETBU
