Melissa Fitts : Director of Admissions 
Mrs. Fitts is a graduate of East Texas Baptist University and has been employed here since June 2000. She is married to Bryan, who is also employed at ETBU as the Senior Research Analyst. They live in Marshall, TX and are active members of Central Baptist Church.

Jason Havner: Admissions Counselor
As one of the newest members of the Admissions team, Mr. Havner is a December 2007 graduate of East Texas Baptist University.  Originally from Gilmer, TX, he now calls Marshall home.  He is also the youth minister at Northwoods Baptist Church in Shreveport, LA. 

Alex Hester: Admissions Counselor
Mr. Hester is also a new member of the Admissions team and a December 2007 graduate of ETBU.  Mr. Hester came to ETBU all the way from Chicago, IL, but he loved the piney woods so much, he decided to stay.  Hs is a member of Bel Air Baptist Church in Marshall.

Kim Holson : Admissions Counselor
Mrs. Holson graduated from East Texas Baptist University in 2004.  She is married to Thomas, who is also an ETBU graduate.  They live in Hallsville and attend the First Baptist Church there.  They are expecting their first child this summer!

Allison Peteet: Campus Visit Counselor
Mrs. Peteet is a 1999 graduate of East Texas Baptist University. She is married to John, also an ETBU graduate. They are members of First Baptist Church in Hallsville, TX.

Brenda Robbins is the Admissions Secretary. Mrs. Robbins and her husband, Terry, have four children: Justin, Brandon, Vanessa, and Kaylie. They attend First Baptist Church, Spring Hill.

Jason Soles: Assistant Director of Admissions 
Mr. Soles is a graduate of ETBU and has been employed here since August 2000. Mr. Soles is also the coordinator for RecTeam, a summer recreation ministry team sponsored by the Admissions Office. He is an active member of Central Baptist Church.

John Sperry: Admissions Counselor
Mr. Sperry is a graduate of ETBU and joined our staff in June 2005. John and his wife, Valerie, are active members of First Baptist Church, Marshall. 

Barbara Taylor is the Admissions Credentials Coordinator and has been employed with the University for 9 years. Mrs. Taylor and her husband, Mike, are active members of Woodland Hills Baptist Church in Longview. They have 3 daughters, Shannon, Kristen, and Amber, and one grandson, Jonathan.
