Career exploration is available in the Academic Success and Graduate Services office in Marshall Hall Room 301. ETBU has contracted with Sigi 3 to provide internet access to career assessments and information that is available to our students and alumni at no cost to you. This site is very useful in determining what career will best fit your personality and interests. It also provides excellent information on different occupations and the majors that you should pursue if you want to enter that career field.
The best thing you can do if you know a career that you are interested in is to schedule an informational interview with someone that is already in that career field. Ask them questions such as What their typical day is like? What do you like most about this career? What do you like least? How can I best prepare for this career?
